Birgit started in Germany as an apprentice in the hair industry when she was fifteen years old. In 1984 she moved to California and combined her European training with American trends and fashion. After ten years of owning two successful salons in Palm Desert, California she moved to Las Vegas in the Summer of 2000. Her commitment to continuous education led to becoming a Technical Advisor for Schwarzkopf Haircolor. Now, as the owner of Uptown Hair Studio she guarantees the highest expertise in all aspects of haircare services.
